1Dial is an assistant you reach by phone. You call or text it with a question, a plan, a booking, or an errand, like a restaurant table, a repair visit, a quote, or whether an item is in stock. When a request needs a business to answer, 1Dial calls them for you and texts you what they said. It can also handle things on websites, read your calendar and inbox once you connect them, find job postings, and text you reminders.

Call or text 1Dial with your request. If a business has to answer it, 1Dial finds the relevant ones, calls them to check details such as price and availability, and texts you the confirmed results so you can choose an option. If you pick one, 1Dial can call back to book it. If the request is handled on a website instead, 1Dial does it there in a browser and texts you the result.

Questions, plans, bookings, and errands. That includes anything a business has to confirm by phone: restaurant reservations and pickup orders, repair and home-service visits, quotes, stock checks, opening hours, and wait times. It also covers things done on a website: online orders, tickets and tables booked online, forms, and checking something in your own account. And it covers your own day: what’s on your calendar, finding an email, job postings, and reminders by text.

Yes. When a request is handled online rather than by phone, 1Dial opens the website in a browser and does it for you: getting an online order ready, booking a table or tickets, filling in a form, or checking something in your own account. It asks you before any step that commits you, such as confirming an order or a booking, and texts you what the page confirmed. 1Dial doesn't pay for anything: it stops at payment so you pay the business yourself.

If a site needs your login, 1Dial texts you a link to a secure sign-in form. You type your username and password there, never in a text, and 1Dial will not ask for a password by text. The password is encrypted the moment you save it and is only decrypted to type into that site's own sign-in page. 1Dial's AI never sees it. The link expires after 30 minutes. If the site sends you a one-time code, you text the code to 1Dial and it enters it on that site only. 1Dial keeps the login so it can sign in on later requests for the same site, and deletes it whenever you ask by text.

Yes, once you connect it. 1Dial works with Google Calendar and Outlook calendar. You can ask what’s on, when you’re free, or who’s invited to a meeting. 1Dial only reads your calendar. It can’t add, move, or accept events.

If you connect a Microsoft account, 1Dial can search your Outlook mail to answer a request, such as finding what someone said, summing up a thread, or adding up your receipts. It can save a draft in your own Drafts folder after you approve the wording. It never sends email. Security codes, password resets, and sign-in links are never read out, and 1Dial does not store the content of your emails.

Ask 1Dial by text, for example “connect my Google Calendar”. It texts you a link that opens Google’s or Microsoft’s own sign-in page, where you choose the account and approve access. You never give 1Dial a password. To disconnect, ask 1Dial by text, or remove 1Dial in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Yes. Tell 1Dial what kind of work you want and where, or text it your resume, and it sends current job postings with links. You can also ask it to text you when new ones are posted. 1Dial finds postings. It does not apply for you or contact employers.

Yes. Ask for a one-off or repeating reminder by text, such as every weekday at 7:30 am. A reminder can also look something up first, like the weather for the day.

Yes. You can text a photo, a PDF or Word document, or a voice memo, and 1Dial reads it as part of your request. You can also share your location so it can search near you.

No. 1Dial is free to use. There is no subscription or per-request fee. Businesses set their own prices, and you pay them directly for anything you book or order. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

No. 1Dial does not sell products, run a marketplace, or take payments. It does not sell your information, and it does not sell leads or contact lists to businesses.

1Dial contacts businesses directly and reports the current details they confirm by phone, such as price, stock, timing, and availability.
