How does 1Dial work?
Call or text 1Dial with your request. It finds relevant businesses, contacts them in parallel to check details such as price and availability, and sends the confirmed results by SMS so you can choose or refine an option.
What can 1Dial help me find?
1Dial can help with tasks that require live information from real businesses, including home services, appointment availability, local stock, quotes, service areas, wait times, and bookings.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. You can reach 1Dial by calling or texting (844) 440-FIND. There is no app to download and no account or sign-up required.
How does 1Dial verify the answers it sends?
1Dial contacts businesses directly and reports the current details they confirm by phone, such as price, stock, timing, and appointment availability.
Can businesses join 1Dial?
Yes. Service providers, clinics, agencies, shops, and other appointment-based businesses can join the AI Business Suite waitlist for qualified requests and automated customer follow-up.
