Agreement to these terms
By calling, texting, or messaging 1Dial, using this website, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
How 1Dial works
1Dial is a calling service. You call, text, or message 1Dial with a request that involves a local business, such as a restaurant reservation or pickup order, a repair or home-service visit, a quote, or a stock check. 1Dial’s automated voice agent calls businesses on your behalf, asks about availability, prices, and stock, and sends you what they said. If you choose an option, 1Dial can call back to make the booking or pass on your order. 1Dial can also carry out a request on a website in a browser, answer questions from a Google or Microsoft account you choose to connect, search job postings, and send reminders you ask for. It reads a connected calendar and mailbox only to answer your requests, saves an email draft only after you approve the wording, and never sends email, changes calendar events, or applies for a job on your behalf. 1Dial does not sell products, operate a marketplace, take payments, or perform or deliver the underlying services. The business does, and you deal with and pay the business directly.
Price
1Dial is free to use. There is no subscription and no per-request fee. Businesses set their own prices for anything you book or order. Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Do not use 1Dial to submit harmful, fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing requests. If your request involves an emergency or immediate threat to safety, call 911 or your local emergency service instead of 1Dial.
SMS messaging terms
By affirmatively checking a standalone SMS consent box on a 1Dial web form or by agreeing to the separate verbal SMS disclosure during a call, you authorize 1Dial to send the transactional text messages described at that point of opt-in to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the selected program, messages may include business waitlist, account-access, and customer-care updates or service-request confirmations, provider outreach updates, quotes, provider availability, scheduling options, appointment confirmations, changes, cancellations, and completion updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; after opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. Reply START to opt back in after opting out. For help, reply HELP or call the service number shown on this site. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to purchase or use 1Dial’s services. Your consent applies only to messages sent by 1Dial and does not authorize independent service providers to send you text messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers and messaging availability may vary. Review how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party providers
Any provider, business, employer, job posting, or resource identified through 1Dial is independent of 1Dial. You are responsible for evaluating providers and for any agreement, price, work, or outcome involving them. 1Dial does not guarantee availability, quality, licensing, pricing, or results of third-party services.
Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of 1Dial at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
1Dial provides information and assistance on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Dial disclaims warranties of any kind. 1Dial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or from a third-party provider's actions or omissions.
